Our Clover integration allows you to connect a Brandibble location to a new Clover merchant account and automatically set up your Brandibble menu in Clover (so you do NOT need to set up your menu in Clover at all). Here's how to go about doing that:

Step 1: Log into Clover

Log into your Clover account in your web browser and install the Open Tender Print app from the Clover App Market.

Step 2: Log into Brandibble 

Log into your Brandibble account in the SAME web browser.

Step 3: Browse to the Integrations tab for the relevant Brandibble location

Click on the Locations section and then click on the location you want to set up.

Step 4: Add the Clover integration and authorize Brandibble 

Click on the “Integrations” tab (see screenshot below) and choose the Clover integration (leave all other fields blank for now).

Step 5: Choose your Clover merchant

You will be redirected to a Clover page, where you can choose the relevant Clover merchant (see screenshot below). Click on the relevant merchant.

Step 6: Verify that your Clover merchant is now connected 

You will be redirected back to Brandibble, where you'll see that the "Clover Merchant ID" and "Clover Merchant Token" fields have been filled in for you. You'll also see a new "Update POS Menu" button. Clicking this button will automatically populate your Clover POS menu from the menu for this location in Brandibble.

Step 7: Disable saved credit cards

Once you've confirmed that the location has been mapped properly, you have to disable saved credit cards. Under Credit Card Integration on the Integrations tab, select No, disable saved credit cards from the dropdown menu and click Update Credit Integration.

Step 8: Populate your Clover POS menu from Brandibble

When you're ready, click the "Update POS Menu" button to populate Items, Categories, and Modifier Groups in your Clover POS from your Brandibble menu.

Step 9: Verify that your Clover menu is showing up

Switch back to the Clover website and verify that Items, Categories, and Modifier Groups have now been populated in Clover.

Step 10: Regenerate your Brandibble menu

Before you place a test order, make sure you regenerate your Brandibble menu by going to Menu  > Regenerate to make sure these updates are pushed through to your customer-facing Brandibble site.

Step 11: Map any convenience fee or surcharge 

If you will be charging a convenience fee, you must create it in Brandibble and then map it for this location individually. Go to the Order Settings tab and under Surcharge Settings, select the appropriate surcharge from the dropdown menu. Click on Update Order Settings to save your changes.

Step 12: Send a test order

Now that your Clover menu has been setup and mapped to your Brandibble menu, you're ready to place a test order. Visit your Brandibble customer-facing website, choose the Brandibble location you just setup to be linked with Clover, and place a test order.
