There's no way to merge two Open Tenders accounts into one. Customers may reach out to you requesting to merge a work email address with a personal email address but this isn't possible.

In general, we want to make it clear to customers that once they create an account, the email address associated with it is, in a sense, locked in and can't be used with another account.
