If you haven't logged in for more than 90 days, we are required to deactivate your account for PCI compliance security reasons. This shouldn't happen very often, assuming you're logging in to Open Tender periodically, but if you're not, just reach out to help@opentender.io, and we'll get you reactivated right away!
