Unfortunately, there’s no way to reverse a refund.

So what do you do if you accidentally refund an order you weren't supposed to?

We would suggest calling the customer and asking them to resubmit their order. They can easily do this from the Order History section of their account page - it should only take them a couple of minutes. Alternatively, you can do this yourself from their customer page in Open Tender.
