Intercom is a product that allows you to provide your customers with support whenever they need it. You may have noticed that Brandibble's Help Center is powered by Intercom. Any time you're logged in to Brandibble, you'll notice there's a chat box on the bottom right. This is Intercom's Inbox product. 

Follow these steps to set Intercom up:

  1. Sign up for Intercom by following this link:

  2. Once you've created an account, go to Integrations > Intercom and fill out all of the settings on the page

  3. Click on Update Intercom Settings
