You can add images to your menu items and modifiers, depending on the design of your site. Brandibble has an automatic resizing tool that allows you to upload high-quality JPEG files to be automatically resized to the optimal sizes for Brandibble.
In order to use it, follow these steps:
Go to Menus > Menu Items
Select the Menu and Menu Category from the drop down menus
Click on the Menu Item you'd like to upload an image for
Click on Images
Click on Choose File
Click on Create Images
This process also works for categories, modifier groups, and modifiers. Depending on the design of your site, you may need to upload images for these as well.
Uploading PNG files
If you'd like to upload PNG files, make sure you resize them first. You will then have to upload them manually as the image resizer only works with JPEGs. You can learn more about the optimal sizes by clicking on the link at the bottom of this article. Once they've been properly resized, follow the steps below:
Go to Menus > Menu Items
Select the Menu and Menu Category from the drop down menus
Click on the Menu Item you'd like to upload an image for
Click on Images
Upload images for Small Image and Large Image
Click on Save Changes
Make sure you go to your website on a desktop and a mobile device to see how the images are showing up.
