If you're trying to locate a customer in Brandibble, there are a few different ways you can find them, depending on what you know about them. Sometimes there are typos in their email addresses or names so if you have other pieces of information, you can track them down. Instructions for different scenarios are below.
Go to Customers
Enter their email address in the search box and hit enter on your keyboard
Name
Go to Customers
In the search box, enter their name preceded by Customer:
Hit enter on your keyboard
Company
Go to Customers
In the search box, enter their company name preceded by Company:
Hit enter on your keyboard
Order Number
Go to Reporting > Orders
Enter the order number in the search box and hit enter on your keyboard
