Sometimes customers forget to add items to their orders, sometimes they select the wrong date or location. Rather than canceling orders and asking customers to place their orders again, Brandibble has two different ways to edit orders:

Full Edit

A Full Edit essentially allows you to overhaul the entire order. You will essentially be logged in as the customer and have the ability to add and / or remove items from their order.

Quick Edit

A Quick Edit allows you to change the following:

  • Location

  • Service Type

  • Delivery Date

  • Delivery Time

  • Surcharge

  • Tax Exempt ID

  • Tax Exempt Status

  • Tip (in dollars)

  • Internal Notes (customers won't see these)

Whenever you make changes to an order, all of the internal recipients of email notifications will be alerted but you can choose whether or not to send an updated email confirmation to your customer by checking the box.

To make a Full Edit:

  1. Select the location the order was placed in by going to Orders > Order Management

  2. Find the order you're looking for under New Orders

  3. Click on Full Edit

  4. Once you're on the customer's order page, find the order they'd like to edit by using the order number and click on Edit Order

  5. Checkout as the customer and you should see the updated order

To make a Quick Edit:

  1. Follow steps 1 & 2 from above

  2. Click on Quick Edit

  3. Make the necessary changes

  4. Click on Update Order
