Reordering closed orders

This article will help you reorder an order that's already been confirmed and charged. If you need help editing an existing order, click here.

  1. Find the customer who placed the order by going to Customers and clicking on their name

  2. Click on Start a New Order

  3. From here, you can place the exact same order or you can make changes

Make sure you confirm payment method and gratuity with the customer before placing the order.
